Plumbing Issues - LIFT STATION

Owners and residents are advised that ONLY BATHROOM TISSUE may be flushed – Any other tissue, or paper product may NOT be flushed, regardless of its ‘safe to flush” designation. Specifically, personal hygiene wipes are not to be flushed as they jam the lift station, do not break down and cost all owners for service calls to clear the pumps.

Plumbing Issues – IN-SUITE

All residents are advised – If you have a plumbing issue – e.g. your toilet or bathtub is not draining – It is your responsibility to call a plumber. Please let Paul Cook, Building Maintenance, know immediately that you have a plumbing problem and how you are addressing it in case further action is required.
